When we recruit, we never short list an applicant without their permission. You only receive resumes for applicants that know about your vacancy and actually want to work for you.

We don’t doctor applicant information, ever!

When we short list, we send you only original resumes. This means you see how an applicant presents themselves, rather than how the recruiter would like you to see them.

We do not take hidden cuts on temp earning

Every temp invoice states what we earn for each assignment. So you know what your temp is actually earning and are able to compare that with what you are paying now.

We honour the 4-hour “No satisfaction
temp guarantee”

If you’re not satisfied with the temp we provide and ask for a replacement within 4 hours, you will not be charged for that time.
